Description
The PSV commercial pizza oven uses top and bottom heating elements for three-dimensional heating (top 2500W, bottom 900W), running on 220V/16A to keep up with commercial service on a single unit.
A 201 stainless steel shell stands up to commercial environments; a 304 stainless interior with a 2.5cm cordierite stone stores and holds heat. Available as PSV and PSV V2 (deeper chamber).
