OUR STORY
It started with a mixer
Modishou was founded by a team from baking equipment R&D and working bakeries. We saw many home baking devices sacrifice core performance for looks and low price, while serious home bakers needed a machine that works steadily and lasts.
Simple as they seem, doing them well involves extensive engineering — motors, drivetrains, temperature control, insulation, structures. We chose to master each detail.
